Wood Offices in Bordeaux (France)

This project is located on the Zac Euratlantique first block in Bordeaux. This building accomodate 5000 sqm offices at wooden structure on five floors, one of the first kind in France. It aims thermal performance positive.

This building facing the Garonne will be iconic ZAC Euratlantique and the desire to develop the regional sector. It is part in the process initiated by the government and specifically the Bordeaux Ecocity.
